The Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) is a bilingual (English/Spanish) role overseeing daily operations on second shift (4:30 PM start), ensuring production efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Reports to the Plant Manager and leads a diverse team, assisting with hiring, training, and performance management.
Responsibilities include supervising production activities, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, FDA), monitoring processes, and implementing continuous improvements.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of food manufacturing experience, leadership skills, and proficiency in both languages.
Work occurs in a cold environment, requiring physical stamina and flexibility for overtime.
