JOB TITLE: PM Production Helper / Utility Helper (GT)
BUSINESS UNIT: Production
REPORTS TO: Sri Selvaraj
Employees ensure product quality by working in dough creation, processing, and packaging areas, rotating through different stations for ergonomic reasons. They follow safety protocols, maintain clean work areas, and may cover utility/mixer roles in various production lines, lifting up to 50 pounds. Hours vary with shift start times and production needs. Training includes puff pastry, toast/loaf, and layer cake areas, with rotations affected by absences. No supervisory duties. Preferred education is high school diploma or GED; manufacturing experience is a plus. The work environment is loud with moving mechanical parts.
