In this role, youll support daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. Hands-on training is provided, and leadership is committed to your success.
Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment according to company procedures
Package, label, and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow all food safety, GMP, and sanitation guidelines
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Assist with setup, changeovers, and basic equipment adjustments
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Identify and report any product defects or equipment issues
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Job Requirements
Reliable attendance
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
