Job Details
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in electronics, PCB, or precision manufacturing
  • Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment and assembly machinery
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (motors, sensors, relays)
  • Familiarity with SMT equipment, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, or similar preferred
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs in a high-mix manufacturing environment
  • Basic PLC troubleshooting skills (inputs/outputs, fault identification) preferred
  • Understanding of ESD-sensitive environments and electronics manufacturing best practices
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation
  • Experience working with pneumatics, conveyors, and automated handling systems
  • Comfortable using CMMS or maintenance tracking software
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift hours and overtime as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred
