POSITION SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for effectively leading, directing, and controlling maintenance technicians engaged in safe and expedient installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities to maintain and improve equipment reliability. This role also serves as a motivator, problem-solver, facilitator and project leader to their staff as well as their manufacturing supervisory peers.

Budgeting. Work collaboratively with vendors to solve maintenance related problems, reduce costs, and improve operations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A college degree or equivalent training in a related area.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated success in leading and/or managing a technical area, such as engineering, or maintenance.
Required Skills
· Working knowledge of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing setting including welders, brake presses, roll formers, punch presses, paint lines, lasers, CNC equipment and dies.
· Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office Applications.
· General mechanical and electrical knowledge including troubleshooting and programmable controller knowledge.
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems and procedures.
· Knowledge of project planning database programs.
· Knowledge of standard budget processes.
· Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing practices.
· Use of MP2 to track machine components and labor cost related to equipment.
· Proficient in AutoCAD and Inventor
