Join our team at 84 Components and play a critical role in keeping our operation running at full speed. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be the driving force behind reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing facility.
Working alongside the Plant Manager, you'll take ownership of maintaining and optimizing our machinery and systems, ensuring everything operates safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do:
Keep our production moving by performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues before they become problems
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Fabricate and weld components to support repairs and process improvements
Train and support operators on proper equipment use and basic maintenance practices
Conduct daily audits and inspections to ensure top performance and safety compliance
Play an active role in creating a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment

Starting Pay: $28.50/hr or negotiable based on experience
Responsibilities
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance of all equipment/machinery.
Maintain equipment/machinery within tolerance of quality standards.
Train operators on correct operating and maintenance procedures.
