2nd Shift Machine Operator / Fabrication
Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Straight 8-hour shift)
Pay: $19.50
We are seeking experienced and dependable individuals for a 2nd Shift Machine Operator / Fabrication role. This is not a general production position—this role involves operating specialty equipment, CNC machinery, and performing hands-on fabrication work to ensure high-quality parts are produced for customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with machining and fabrication experience who are looking to grow within a skilled manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery and specialty equipment according to established procedures
- Perform fabrication tasks including drilling holes manually, cutting materials to customer specifications, and machining parts
- Monitor processes and products to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure production goals are achieved efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workstations during and before shift transitions
- Report production issues promptly to supervisors, setup teams, or quality personnel
- Assist team members as needed and support overall operations
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of machine operator experience preferred
- Experience with CNC machinery, fabrication, and machining processes strongly preferred
- Ability to set up and operate machines in accordance with company guidelines
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs. as needed
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
