Position: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Location: Braselton, GA
Pay Rate: $18.50–$22.50 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. (must be able to train on 1st shift for several months)

Role Overview
We’re hiring experienced machine operators for a busy manufacturing environment. This role involves operating heavy industrial equipment, meeting production goals, and completing daily maintenance tasks on assigned machines.
There are two machine operator tracks:
Snap Tie Operator – $22.50/hr, requires at least one month of training on 1st shift. Must be mechanically inclined and experienced with heavy industrial machines.
Bar Support Operator – Pay depends on experience; must train on 1st shift for a few months.
Key Responsibilities
Operate assigned machines, including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses
Complete OMP (Operator Maintenance Program) requirements within the first 90 days
Meet daily production goals consistently
Identify and correct unsafe or defective products
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Accurately complete production tickets, process monitors, and other required documentation
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of related machine operator or industrial experience
Ability to communicate in English (required for safety)
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and follow safety procedures
Basic math skills, including use of a tape measure
Able to use required PPE at all times (hearing protection, safety shoes, eye protection)
Must pass a background check (Federal and County)
Must pass a 4-panel drug test
I-9 and E-Verify required
Warehouse dress code
Time tracked through the client’s timeclock system
Weekly pay: Monday–Sunday
Conversion: 400 hours
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and carry materials
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Work in environments ranging from 0 to 110 degrees
Exposure to moving machinery, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals
Moderate to loud noise levels; hearing protection required
