Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Equipment Maintenance Technicians to join a growing multi-craft maintenance team supporting highly automated manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoy solving complex equipment issues while working in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining automated production equipment, electrical systems, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC-controlled machinery while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment and production systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose AC/DC electrical circuits using electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, primarily Allen-Bradley systems; ability to read ladder logic is required. PLC programming experience is a plus.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on pneumatic and hydraulic systems by interpreting system schematics.
  • Support robotic production equipment and automation systems.
  • Assist with equipment installation, startup, calibration, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, work orders, and equipment history.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and improve reliability.
  • Promote a safe work environment by following all company safety procedures and participating in continuous safety improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
  • Experience troubleshooting AC/DC electrical systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs; ladder logic knowledge required. Programming experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with automated production equipment and industrial robotics.
  • Experience troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
