Schedule: - 1st shift 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
- 2nd shift 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- 3rd shift 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM

What You'll Be DoingAs a Duct Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production line. You’ll work with machines, materials, and your team to produce top-quality flexible duct. Here’s what a typical day could look like:- Follow the production schedule and hit your goals
- Load and set up insulation, core, and jackets on the machine
- Make simple machine adjustments for product changes
- Check that all materials match product specs
- Complete logs, inspections, and reports accurately
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Roll completed product to the next stage in the process
- Pitch in where needed and help the team succeed
What We’re Looking For- You can read and write in English
- Basic math skills—nothing fancy, just solid and reliable
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- A team player who can also work independently
- Quick hands, a steady pace, and a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous machine operator experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
Physical RequirementsThis is a hands-on role in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. You’ll be standing most of the day, moving, lifting (up to 40 lbs), bending, and handling materials. Safety is key, and we provide all necessary personal protective equipment, including steel-toed shoes, gloves, and safety glasses.
