Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM

Pregis is seeking an experienced Machine Operator who thrives in a hands-on, fast‑paced environment. This Tier Four Converting Operator role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex machinery, staying active, and contributing to a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

As a Converting Operator, you will play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly by:

• Setting up and operating converting equipment according to production specs & safety procedures
• Performing machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
• Operating electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists
• Completing production documentation accurately
• Performing quality checks in alignment with the Pregis Quality Management System
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Supporting the team and performing additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

We want someone who brings both experience and initiative:

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven machine operator experience (5+ years preferred)
• Experience with machine setup, adjustments, and basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and standard safety protocols
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery
• Basic math and computer skills
• Dependable, quality-focused, and committed to safe work practices

Preferred

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience operating roll handling equipment (hoists, roll lifts, pallet jacks)
