26550 - Territory Sales Manager - Eastern USA

Technical Life Science capital instrumentation sales position for someone with a working knowledge of chemical workflows across multiple platforms within the laboratory. Including process scale-up stages or practical experience in bioreactor process development. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• No Sales experience required, great next step for an FAS
• B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biomedical - PhD preferred
• MUST have strong experience with laboratory chemical reactors, bio reactors, or related laboratory process equipment
• Knowledge of chemical workflows across multiple platforms in the lab and process scale-up stages
• Located near a major airport in NJ, PA, MD, DE, and DC preferred
• Must have the ability to travel within the territory 
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills & ability to do presentations

The position requires someone with a strong desire to get into a technical sales role and a willingness to prospect, develop new business, and maintain existing accounts. Roughly 30% overnight travel, writing technical papers, and blogs are additional responsibilities. Great manager and an established product line.

Estimated Total Compensation (Base + commission) $100,000 - $125,000 plus excellent benefits and car allowance
