Your Impact
- Operate company straight trucks with uncompromising safety and professionalism.
- Deliver products to scheduled destinations promptly and precisely.
- Unload and stack goods at customer sites with courtesy and care.
- Finalize all delivery-related paperwork correctly every time.
- Contribute to warehouse flow: receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping merchandise.
- Assemble orders; palletize and stage shipments for efficient outbound processing.
- Place materials in their designated locations using product codes or sequences.
- Complete daily cycle counts and keep inventory records up to date.
- Surface and resolve freight discrepancies or claims to protect accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized facility—sweep, remove trash, and follow safety/sanitation standards.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment confidently and safely.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUIs or careless/reckless driving in the past 3 years).
- Demonstrated experience driving 26' box trucks.
- Forklift or reach truck background preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Ability to interpret work instructions and documentation accurately.
- Professional communication skills with customers and teammates.
- Fluency with basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
- Capability to frequently lift, push, or pull 75+ lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working at a brisk pace to meet deadlines.

Compensation
Pay Range: $20.50 - $22.96 /hr.
