The VISTA will be part of the 26-27 Coach Across America nationwide cohort of 64 VISTA members. The Operations VISTA will support the Chief Operating Officer in strengthening organizational systems, processes, and operational capacity across Zhang Sah's 10 program sites. Responsibilities include creating a system to track organizational data and streamlining internal communications by developing standardized processes and manuals. The VISTA will collaborate with leadership and site staff to identify efficiencies, support strategic initiatives, and help implement solutions that improve program delivery and organizational effectiveness. Additional activities include conducting research, creating reports, and developing resource materials. The role requires travel between sites; candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
