Demonstrates a specialized knowledge of assessment and diagnosis and serves as a resource to improve administration and interpretation of test results.
Job Functions:
- Assists teachers and administrators in test data interpretation to improve instruction and student learning
- Work collaboratively with teachers and administrators to demonstrate attainment of state and federal standards
- Working collaboratively with teachers and administrators to develop and implement a quality mentoring program that is research-based and meets the needs of new and novice teachers
- Working collaboratively with administrators to develop and implement a quality mentoring program that is research-based and meets the needs of new and novice principals, assistant principals and supervisors
- Work collaboratively with teachers and administrators to demonstrate attainment of state and federal standards as they relate to pre-kindergarten programs throughout the community
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents to demonstrate attainment of state and federal standards in the realm of English Language Learners
- Demonstrates a specialized knowledge of School Improvement Plans, Tennessee Comprehensive School Performance Plan, and the SACS/CASI system-wide accreditation standards and implementation
