The CAA VISTA will be part of the 26-27 Coach Across America nationwide cohort of 64 members. The CAA Coach Program VISTA will be responsible for the following: optimizing the CAA coach support visit process and accompanying tools; conducting in person and virtual site visits; pinpointing CAA coach pain points and outlining options for addressing them; identifying opportunities for increasing coach perks; assessing best practice usage of curriculum tools; reviewing data and assessing trends from all existing post surveys including both exited and graduated coaches; creating and circulating alumni survey to gain further understanding of long term impacts of participation in coach program; writing up final report and making a presentation of findings and recommendations to Senior National Director of Government Programs and Managing Directors.
