The VISTA at Coach Across America's RM&E team will serve as part of the 2026-27 Coach Across America VISTA cohort of 64 members. The Data Analysis & Monitoring VISTA will increase CAA's effectiveness by strengthening organizational capacity to support program staff and host sites in collecting consistent and complete impact data, and in analyzing and sharing findings to drive program improvement and sustain funding. They will develop a standardized system for tracking and addressing data-collection obstacles, improve Salesforce workflows, create a data cleaning calendar aligned with yearly grant reporting, clean finalized data, and compile and visualize data for an annual RM&E Impact report.
