The Division of Student Affairs (DOSA) supports the co-curricular and out-of-the-classroom experiences of West Chester University students and aspires to support a campus community where students build healthy personal and professional connections, develop a sense of belonging, and engage thoughtfully with others.
The Office of Student Engagement is the official umbrella office of all recognized undergraduate student organizations and provides WCU students with transformative learning opportunities that prepare them to be active global citizens through involvement in student organizations, intentional programming, and interpersonal interactions.
Reporting to the Director of Student Engagement, the Assistant Director provides oversight of student organization management and event planning; serves as the primary contact for student organizations; and collaborates with key partners to develop new opportunities for student engagement.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience supervising, training, and developing student staff and collaborating with diverse campus partners; excellent written communication and presentation skills; and experience planning, implementing and supervising programs and large-scale campus events.

Salary and benefits are dictated by the State College and University Professional Association (SCUPA) Collective Bargaining Agreement.
This position requires the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
