What Youll Do

Provide routine and complex neonatal nursing care for NICU patients ranging from feeders to ICU levels
Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and document patient progress
Assess patients physical, emotional, social, and cultural needs, addressing them appropriately
Educate families and caregivers on care plans and health management
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Demonstrate independence in practice while adhering to clinical standards and protocols
Support a patient ratio of 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4, with CNAs supporting patient care as needed

What You Need

Active RN license in TX or a compact state
BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications (current)
Minimum 1-year NICU or neonatal experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
