What You’ll Do
  • Provide routine and complex neonatal nursing care for NICU patients ranging from feeders to ICU levels
  • Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and document patient progress
  • Assess patients’ physical, emotional, social, and cultural needs, addressing them appropriately
  • Educate families and caregivers on care plans and health management
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Demonstrate independence in practice while adhering to clinical standards and protocols
  • Support a patient ratio of 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4, with CNAs supporting patient care as needed
What You Need
  • Active RN license in TX or a compact state
  • BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications (current)
  • Minimum 1-year NICU or neonatal experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
