Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • X-ray Detector Module Integration Development
  • Module Selection & Design:
  • Source and evaluate commercial PD (Photon Detection) modules (e.g., from Hamamatsu, Teledyne) based on performance (sensitivity, resolution), cost, and compatibility with target applications (industrial inspection/medical imaging).
  • Design custom PCBs for PD module integration, including signal conditioning circuits (amplification, filtering), power management (voltage regulation), and thermal management (heat dissipation).
  • System Integration & Testing:
  • Interface the PD module with X-ray system components (e.g., high-voltage power supply, data acquisition board) to ensure signal integrity and system stability.
  • Conduct prototype testing: validate image quality (resolution, noise), radiation safety (dose control), and environmental robustness (temperature/humidity resistance).
  • Optimize designs based on test results (e.g., reduce noise via circuit tweaks, improve heat dissipation with thermal pads).
  • Mass Production Support:
  • Define BOM (Bill of Materials) and Gerber files for PD module assembly.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to qualify components (e.g., PD modules, capacitors) and resolve production issues (e.g., soldering defects, component mismatches).
  • Check Weigher Hardware Development
  • Requirement & Architecture Design:
  • Translate product requirements (e.g., weighing accuracy ±0.1g, detection speed 200 items/min, multi-scale compatibility) into hardware specifications (sensor type, signal processing bandwidth, communication protocols).
  • Design system architecture: select sensors (strain gauge, capacitive), design signal conditioning circuits (amplifiers, filters), and integrate motion control modules (stepper motor drivers).
  • PCB Design & Prototyping:
  • Develop schematics and PCB layouts for sensor interfaces, signal processing, and motion control modules using Altium Designer or Cadence.
  • Prototype and test hardware: validate sensor accuracy (e.g., linearity, repeatability), communication reliability (RS485/CAN), and environmental performance (vibration resistance, wide temperature range).
  • Field Validation & Iteration:
  • Support field testing with customers to identify issues (e.g., weighing drift, sensor noise) and refine designs (e.g., adjust amplifier gains, add vibration damping).
  • Optimize for cost and manufacturability (e.g., source alternative sensors, simplify PCB layouts).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work with software teams to define hardware-software interfaces (e.g., SPI/CAN protocols, data formats) and debug integration issues.
  • Collaborate with test teams to develop validation plans (EMC, reliability, environmental) and analyze test results.
  • Document technical specifications, BOMs, and test reports; maintain a knowledge base for design best practices and common issues.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hardware development experience, with a focus on sensor integration (PD modules or industrial sensors) and/or weighing equipment hardware.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in analog/digital circuit design, with hands-on experience in Altium Designer or Cadence for PCB layout
  • Strong understanding of sensors (PD modules, strain gauges), signal conditioning (amplifiers, filters), and power management.
  • Familiarity with EMC/EMI design standards (e.g., IEC 61000) and industrial/environmental testing (e.g., IEC 60068).
  • Experience with debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers) and component sourcing/qualification.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with X-ray detector integration (medical or industrial) or Check Weigher hardware development.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 (medical devices) or IATF 16949 (automotive) quality standards.
  • Familiarity with C/C++ for basic firmware interaction or hardware debugging.

Our Offer to You

  • Competitive compensation & benefit package
  • Possibility to work in an international environment with multicultural team
  • Interesting and challenging career in a successful leading global organization
  • Trainings and professional development
