What You'll Do:
  • Perform routine and complex laboratory procedures across various sections including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and more
  • Process and handle patient specimens, ensuring proper collection and documentation
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments such as Sysmex and Abbott Alinity analyzers
  • Ensure quality control measures are followed and results are accurately calculated and entered
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new testing protocols
  • Assist in developing and updating laboratory procedures
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
  • Collaborate with medical staff and team members to deliver accurate and timely results


What You Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Certification as MLS/MT/CLS/MLT from recognized certifying agencies (ASCP, AMT, AAB, HHS)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a generalist in a clinical laboratory setting
  • Experience with Sysmex, Abbott Alinity, or EPIC systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts and adapt to varying schedules
