Job Summary
Reports to the Director of Development for the Quillen College of Medicine. Develop and execute a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy, including digital platforms, affinity groups, mentorship programs, and regional chapters to connect alumni with current students, faculty, and the college''s initiatives. Oversee the planning, budgeting, and delivery of high-impact alumni events, including annual reunions, homecoming and tailgate gatherings, regional networking receptions, and virtual webinars, targeting year-over-year growth in attendance. Partner with the development team to identify major gift prospects from the alumni base, integrating engagement data into fundraising pipelines and supporting campaigns (like Forever ETSU) tied to college priorities. Implement donor-centric stewardship protocols to nurture alumni as loyal supporters. Lead the Quillen Alumni Association board, facilitating governance, strategic planning, and alignment with donor relations best practices.
