5 Positions

Purpose: To facilitate the successful implementation and integration of summer school program and collaborate with campus and District instructional leadership teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree from accredited University
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for grade level assigned
• Current ESL Certification

Special Skills/Knowledge:

• Training/experience in online learning environment
• Support/training for instructional use of District learning management system
• Device management and support experience strong organizational
• Communication interpersonal and time management skills ability to problem solve collaboratively with various groups

Experience:

• 3 years classroom teaching experience required
• Current campus instructional technology specialist or Library Information Specialist required

Length of employment: June 2, 2026 - June 30, 2026

Workday/In-Service: June 2 (6 Hours)

Week 1: June 3-4

Week 2: June 8-11

Week 3: June 15-18

Week 4: June 22-25

Week 5: June 29-30

Elementary School Hours: 7:45 am -1:15 pm (5 hrs & 30 min)

Intermediate School Hours: 8:30am -2:00 pm (5 hrs & 30 min)

$40 per hour

4 Elementary Roles - 16 days @ 5 hours and 30 minutes per day + 6-hour in-service/workday X $40 per hour.

1 Intermediate Role - 16 days @ 5 hours and 30 minutes per day + 6-hour in-service/workday X $40 per hour.

Notes: Only accepting and considering applications from current Alief ISD employees. This position is funded only for the 2025-2026 school year. Continuation of the position is contingent upon availability of funds. This is a tentative assignment and will be based on student enrollment. Hiring administrators will review applications interview and recommend for hire.
