PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $18 - $25/hr hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

You will work under the guidance of experienced developers to support the design, development, testing, and improvement of software solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO

QUALIFICATIONS

- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or has graduated from one of these programs within the past twelve months.
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, or software development concepts, with exposure to modern development tools and technologies, including AI-assisted coding tools.
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or has graduated from one of these programs within the past twelve months.
