Standard Process is hiring seasonal employees to support our Production teams this summer. Whether you're working with raw ingredients or packaging finished products, you'll gain valuable experience in a supportive, team-focused environment. - Pay: All seasonal roles start at $17.34/hr with incentives for returning employees. Afternoon/PM shifts receive an additional $1.50/hr premium.
- Available Schedules:1:00pm-11:30pm Mon-Thurs or 1:30pm-Midnight Tues-Fri
What You'll Do:
Depending on the department you will:
- Production Support
- Assist operators with setup and changeover prep (gathering materials, staging supplies)
- Perform basic, non-technical tasks to keep production flowing (e.g., loading/unloading materials, packaging support)
- Quality & Documentation Assistance
- Help with simple checks like counting, labeling, or verifying materials under supervision
- Assist with organizing batch records or production paperwork (no independent sign-off)
- Cleaning & Organization
- Clean equipment exteriors and work areas following SOPs and GMP standards
- Maintain organized workspaces and assist with sanitation tasks between runs
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow all PPE, GMP, and safety requirements at all times
- Immediately report issues or concerns to supervisors
- General Team Support
- Assist wherever needed across the production floor within defined safe limits
- Learn basic manufacturing processes and workplace expectations
