Work late spring through the summer keeping parks and lake access areas maintained, clean, and safe for the public. Duties include maintenance of parks, restrooms, playground equipment, flower gardens, and other areas. Duties will include mowing, trimming, watering trees, pool maintenance, cleaning shelters and restrooms, painting, pulling weeds, planting flowers, picking up litter and garbage, doing minor repairs, and working along full-time park and lake staff on projects. Generally Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day; occasional week hours.
Must be age 17 or older with a valid SD Drivers license. Wage begins at $13.31 per hour, rate depending on experience.
