Job Details 2026 Extended School Year ESY Physical Therapist

Duties Extended School Year ESY part-time position working with students with IEPs to prevent excessive loss of skills caused by interruption in education. Must be physically capable of lifting proving physical therapy services and assisting students with special needs.
Working Conditions Be willing to work days and hours of schedule agreed upon. Must attend orientation meetings for ESY.
Qualifications All correct Illinois credentials. Paperwork must be completed and on file at the Cooperative.
SalaryBenefits Salary Range 60.00 - 77.00 per hour
