Responsibilities of the Position
Collaborate with building staff to identify student needs in the area of behavior
Provide direct support to individual and small groups of students who require behavior management support in and out of the classroom setting
Respond to behavior calls and support students in the least restrictive way possible
Enter behavior documentation into NextPath
Communicate/Consult with Admin and Student Services Team to
support the implementation of building expectations
support the implementation of the acknowledgment system
monitor effectiveness of interventions
support Check In Check Out
reinforce specific social skills and/or classroom expectations
support the implementation of the Code of Conduct
