Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and qualified individuals to serve as paraprofessionals in our special needs classrooms. Ideal candidates will support the Special Education Teacher in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs; provide one-on-one or small group support to students in academic, social, and behavioral settings; assist with classroom management and behavior interventions as needed; support students with daily tasks and activities, including personal care and mobility assistance; and collaborate with the teacher and other team members to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • College coursework preferred • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in an educational setting preferred • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues • Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude • Commitment to promoting inclusion, equity, and diversity in education • Meets high-quality state standards or equivalent
