Under general supervision of the Director of Educational Options & Expanded Learning, coordinate instrumental music enrichment programs and activities for individuals or groups; coordinate, schedule, and lead music exercises, rehearsals and performances. Instruction is provided before and afterschool. This full time position is temporary for the 2026-2027 school year and includes benefits.

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: -Possession of California Teaching credential authorizing service as a teacher in grade level(s) and/or subject area(s) assigned. -Possession of a Baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college, including all courses needed to meet requirements for a teaching credential authorizing service in the grade levels and area assigned. -Successful teaching experience, internship, or student teaching -Valid California Class C driver's license

Must have one of the following: Single Subject Teaching Credential - Music Multiple Subject w/Music Authorization Multiple Subject w/12+ Units in Music

• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 Letters - Must Be Dated Within 1 Year)
• Resume
• Single Subject Teaching Credential - Music
