This role blends literacy leadership with innovative, hands-on STEAM instruction to increase student engagement, achievement, and real-world readiness.
What You'll Do
Coach teachers to strengthen literacy across all subjects
Support engaging, project-based and STEAM-focused instruction
Use data to drive student-centered instructional decisions
Lead professional learning and collaborate with staff
Help create a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What You'll Bring
Licensed educator with 5+ years of experience
Strong background in literacy and/or STEAM instruction
Experience working with diverse or at-risk students
Skilled in coaching, collaboration, and relationship-building
Passion for alternative education and student success
