Overview:

Teachers will utilize a variety of instructional techniques and learning opportunities to enable students to develop competencies and skills which will ensure student success in the assigned subject area and in society.

Qualifications:

Qualified applicants will hold the appropriate teacher certification and endorsements for the subject to be taught.

Minimum Teacher Salary

$63,810 (based on the 2025/2026 Compensation Plan)

• Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
• Salary will be adjusted to the start date.

Program Stipend:

• Stipends include additional days during the Breakthrough Campus academic year as outlined in the stipend agreement.
• STIPENDS ARE GRANT FUNDED
• FUTURE FUNDING IS BASED UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE GRANT
