Description: This is an instructional paraprofessional position who will work with children in various campus settings under the supervision of a teacher.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification: Associates degree or at least 48 hours of college coursework completed (an unofficial college transcript will be required prior to hiring) Valid Texas educational aide certificate

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of general office equipment
• Some college hours in core subject area preferred

Experience:

• Some experience working with children
• Bilingual speaker preferred

Salary: Minimum $24,041 annually Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience. Salary will be adjusted to your start date.
