SpeechLanguage PathologistPart-time up to 4 hoursday School Year 2025-2026Assignments and Locations to be determinedThe Montgomery County School Board in Virginia is now accepting applications for part-time up to four hours per day speechlanguage pathologist positions that are available within our division for the 2025 – 2026 school year.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSHold a master&rsquos degree in SpeechLanguage Speech Pathology or Communication DisorderHold or be eligible for an active license with a valid endorsement in speech language pathology issued by the Board of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology BASLPPossess a professional understanding of speechlanguage disordersPossess thorough knowledge and ability to administer appropriate speechlanguage tests and support materialsDemonstrate ability to support students by cooperatively working with parentsguardians and teachersUtilize Google Drive for instructional purposes collaboration and managing courseworkCreate and maintain an inclusive supportive learning environment that respects the diverse backgrounds and needs of all studentsCommunicate effectively with strong written verbal presentation and interpersonal skillsCollaborate with other teachers and contribute to a positive team environmentDemonstrate dependability punctuality and reliability in fulfilling responsibilitiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSHave experience working with students with disabilities in preschool through high schoolHave experience delivering speech therapy services within an inclusive environmentFLSA ExemptSALARY 43.33 - 60.25 per hour commensurate with experienceCLOSING DATE Open until filledEEO StatementThe Montgomery County School Board is an equal opportunity employer committed to nondiscrimination in recruitment selection hiring pay promotion retention or other personnel action affecting employees or candidates for employment.
