The work includes assessing student performance in online forums, written assignments, and during seminar discussions. Each academic year, instructors will be responsible for teaching and advising two seminar groups of approximately 18 USAWC students—military officers, government civilians, and international fellows—across the DEP curriculum. Instructors will provide detailed feedback and evaluations for each student, per assignment and course. Prior experience in professional military education (PME), particularly in a distance learning environment, is highly desirable.
