Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a 1st shift Production Supervisor for a client of ours Just North of Greensboro. The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coaching, and providing guidance to hourly employees across Quality Assurance, Production, and Packing departments. This role ensures production processes meet written specifications and supports safe, compliant operations aligned with GMP, FDA, and USDA guidelines. The supervisor promptly escalates operational issues, drives continuous improvement, and helps maintain production output to support customer demand. Salary: $65,000–$68,000 Schedule: 1st Shift — start at 6:00 or 7:00 AM ; end no later than 4:00 PM Weekends: Only when necessary Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and guide hourly employees in QA, Production, and Packing. Promptly report operational or product issues during daily processing to leadership. Ensure production processes and products meet written specifications by monitoring: daily production reports raw material usage packaging material usage employee activity Recommend changes and process improvements as needed. Oversee proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and production areas. Direct and coordinate production department activities based on the production schedule. Communicate with support departments regarding factors impacting overall facility performance. Support daily attendance monitoring using the time/attendance system. Assist with training on the operation of production and cleaning equipment. Help enforce company policies, GMP practices, and safety standards. Assist with operating equipment and completing daily production needs to maintain output. Work directly with employees and staff to troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and implement long-term solutions and improvements. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
