The Production Line Assistant is responsible for packing frozen meat products into boxes or bags following company standards.
- Tasks include packing beef patties and other meat items, working in a 40°F environment, lifting up to 40 pounds, and standing on cement floors for 8 hours.
- Performs repetitive tasks like packing and stacking patties, utilizing both hands, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Must read scales, possess basic math skills, and work well with others while following safety, quality, and conduct guidelines.
- Operates machinery such as conveyors, patty groupers, and box machines.
Work environment: Cold production floor (~40°F), freezer areas at 0°F or colder, with ear protection required in certain areas.
Hours: First shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
Requirements: Ability to concentrate, remember tasks, and focus for extended periods, with or without accommodations.
