Job Title: 1st Shift Production Line Worker

Job Description:
Partners Personnel is actively seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as 1st Shift Production Line Workers for our esteemed client in Indianapolis, IN. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for quality, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough visual inspections of all parts produced by assigned machine(s) to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Package containers in cartons according to the specific instructions outlined on work orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain seamless flow on assigned machine(s) to optimize production output.
Communicate any defects or unacceptable parts to the Quality Assurance Assistant or Shift Supervisor promptly.
Apply the Inspector number to all cases and ensure that cartons are securely sealed.
Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the designated machine area, contributing to a safe work environment.
Assist in training new Inspector/Packers as needed, fostering a cohesive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English/Spanish.
Basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculations.
Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for efficient operation.
Team-oriented mindset with a cooperative attitude towards colleagues across departments.
Self-motivated with an initiative to identify and suggest improvements in efficiency and safety.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to teach and provide guidance to new team members.
