OpSource Staffing is partnering with a well-established metal fabrication company in Greenville, SC to hire skilled TIG Welders. Our client provides expert fabrication services including welding, forming, cutting, finishing, and custom manufacturing solutions designed to strengthen businesses.

Open Positions

TIG Welders

Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Experience Required: 2+ years TIG welding

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality TIG welds on various metals

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Ensure welds meet quality standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements (All Positions)

• Minimum required welding experience (see above)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Strong tape measure skills (tape measure test required)

• Must pass welding test

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Must pass background check

• Must pass drug screening

• Reliable transportation

• Strong attention to detail
