Responsibilities
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
React and respond in a timely manner to urgent breakdowns.
Perform facility repairs as needed.
Assist with installation and assembly of equipment.
Comply with all safety regulations.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Be able to assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment.
Be willing to learn how to operate heavy machinery (i.e. forklift, skid steer, crane).
Have a strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
Be able to perform in a safe and efficient manner.
Be willing to learn additional skills as needed.
Have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Be detail-oriented and have critical thinking abilities.
Be able to work independently or as a team.
Supply your own hand tools.
Preferred
1-3 years maintenance experience.
Familiar with industrial electrical three phase circuits and schematics.
Experience in comprehending hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
Experience in welding and fabrication.
Wage
Up to $25.00 base per hour
