1st Shift General Production

Position Overview:
Team members in this role may be responsible for a variety of tasks based on daily operational needs, including but not limited to:

• Running and monitoring both manual and automated equipment used in the manufacturing of window and door components
• Participating in production line activities related to assembling finished products
• Performing quality checks to ensure items meet required standards
• Preparing and modifying materials to allow for proper hardware fitting
• Handling, moving, and organizing raw and finished materials within the facility
• Preparing completed products for shipment, including packaging and staging
• Assisting with general warehouse responsibilities as assigned
• Working additional hours when necessary to meet production deadlines and customer requirements
