1st Shift General Laborer
Schedule: Monday – Friday |6:00 AM- 2:00pm
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a 1st Shift General Labor position. This role supports production and operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently during overnight hours.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform general labor and production tasks as assigned
Operate basic tools and equipment safely
Load and unload materials or finished products
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Work Environment
Fast-paced industrial setting
Exposure to typical warehouse/manufacturing conditions
Personal protective equipment may be required
