Freight Loader & Unloader – Performance-Based Earnings | Up to $250 Per Day

Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday (Front Half) | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable, energetic individuals for our warehouse loading and unloading team. This is a production-driven position where your pay reflects your performance. As a Freight Loader & Unloader, you'll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by safely loading outbound trailers and unloading inbound freight.
Loading Duties
Transfer cartons from conveyor lines into trailers by hand.
Scan freight with handheld RF scanners for accurate tracking.
Move rolling cages throughout the warehouse as needed.
Stack freight securely while maintaining speed and quality.
Unloading Duties
Remove floor-loaded cartons from incoming trailers.
Place freight onto conveyor systems for processing.
Scan and sort cartons into designated containers.
Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area.
This position requires frequent lifting, walking, bending, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Performance-Based Pay
Average daily earnings of $200–$250
Typical pay ranges from $16/hour to $25+/hour
Paid by production based on cases loaded and unloaded
Greater productivity equals greater earning potential
Sunday–Wednesday (Front Half)
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Some shifts may end early depending on freight volume
Overtime opportunities available when needed

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs repeatedly
