A bit about us:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facility's maintenance, including preventive maintenance, industrial electricity, mechanical troubleshooting, boilers, chillers, air conditioning, mechanical maintenance, HVAC systems, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the maintenance team in all aspects of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency and safety of all equipment and systems.
  • Oversee and perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on various equipment including but not limited to boilers, chillers, air conditioning units, HVAC systems, and pneumatic systems.
  • Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs, including scheduling and coordinating regular inspections and tests.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Manage and monitor the use of maintenance supplies and equipment, and order new supplies as needed.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with preventive maintenance, industrial electricity, mechanical troubleshooting, boilers, chillers, air conditioning, mechanical maintenance, HVAC systems, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations related to facilities maintenance.
