Our client, a leading organization in the beverage and culinary flavor industry, is seeking a 1st Shift Bulk Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a 1st Shift Bulk Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the production and distribution of syrups, purees, and flavors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 1st Shift Bulk Warehouse Associate
Location: Zelienople, PA
Pay Range:
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
What's the Job?
- Operate forklifts, including counterbalance and sit-down models, to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures to unload trucks and rail containers, ensuring a secure work environment.
- Use scanners to add and remove inventory, maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and positioning materials for manufacturing processes.
- Pick, pack, and ship products accurately to meet customer and production needs.
- Replenish pick bins, load/unload trucks and rail containers, and prepare sales orders for dispatch.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Strong scanning and computer skills for inventory management.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all.
