Do you have call center and customer service experience?   Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a few superstars to join their Human Resources team with the onboarding process of their new hires.  Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Must be available to answer questions and problem solve any issues that may occur during the onboarding process.
  2. Coordinate and ensure that new hire paperwork, computer-based training modules, road tests, drug screens and physicals, etc. are completed timely.
  3. Evaluate, screen and onboard candidates in adherence with company policies.
  4. Provide personalized guidance and support to new hires via phone and email.
  5. Assist new hires through our remote/on-line orientation process.
Requirements:
  1. Manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong computer skills required to utilize staffing software and reporting.
  3. Strong oral and written communication skills
  4. Must have outstanding customer service skills.
  5. Self-motivation and strong desire to succeed.
  6. Ability to work under pressure.
