Freight Breakers LLC is hiring motivated and dependable Box Loaders/Unloaders to join our team in West Jordan, Utah. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position that rewards efficiency through performance-based pay.
As a Box Loader/Unloader, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving freight in and out of trailers while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
Hand-load boxes from a conveyor into trailers (floor loading)
Scan packages into trailers using handheld scanners
Move freight cages to and from staging areas
Organize and secure trailer loads for safe transport
Follow all safety procedures and productivity standards
Unload boxes from trailers onto a conveyor system
Scan packages and sort them into designated freight cages
Maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment
Keep the work area organized and safe
Performance-based pay (paid per trailer and/or per case loaded or unloaded)
Average earnings: $16–$25 per hour
Top performers: $25–$35 per hour
Higher productivity results in higher earnings
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Four 10-hour shifts each week
Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to consistently lift and carry 5–50 pounds
Able to perform continuous physical activity throughout the shift
Reliable transportation
Must relocate to the West Jordan area before the start date if not already local
