* Operate industrial bakery mixers or filling depositors* Responsible to roll and cut, deposit into baking pan, or distribute the filling as part of a product.* Forming and shaping products from the dough or batter, according to the specifications of the recipe* Baking the shaped dough and, if applicable, decorating the final product.* Must be vigilant about using exact measurements and paying strict attention to timing* Work to optimize operational efficiencies while ensuring the company's high-quality standards are met or exceeded.* Adhere to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).* Adhere to the company's HACCP and other food safety procedures.* Work to troubleshoot any issues and involve maintenance to ensure equipment is available for use when needed and properly maintained.* Ensure daily orders are being filled accurately.* Be willing to help other departments when in need to help carry out our mission on a daily basis.* Other related duties as assigned by management.
