1LMX Deputy Program Manager (GBDS & PPM)

Description:This role reports into 1LMX Program Management within Enterprise Operations. The chosen individual will be responsible for providing Program Management of portfolios/products within 1LMX.

Responsible for managing across the enterprise and Business Areas to ensure solutions to meet business need, while managing the overall cost and schedule of the 1LMX product.

The chosen individual will be expected to work closely with IT service owners, Functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure 1LMX key transformation capabilities, delivery timelines, and service impacts are understood and aligned with business needs, as well as defined budget targets.

Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

Manages risks, issues and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products.

This is a purely virtual role and does not require being physically located at a specific Lockheed Martin facility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Project / program management experience in an Agile Development Environment (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, & project execution)
• Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
• Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, the capability to listen and influence, and is proficient in project management.
• Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices
• Knowledge of LM Risk and Opportunity processes and procedures.
• Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning.
• Experience in multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas.
• Experience with 1LMX

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $131,000 - $227,125. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $113,900 - $200,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
