This person will provide hospitality and sales assistance to all guests who walk into Ralphxe2x80x99s Coffee. All team members are expected to model and act in accordance with Ralph Lauren Corporation policies.

xc2xb7 Greet customers and actively engage guests to purchase Ralphxe2x80x99s Coffee Merchandise
xc2xb7 Process credit card transactions on POS system
xc2xb7 Assist customers looking to buy Ralphxe2x80x99s merchandise, this entails knowledge of our current stock and prices, as well as timelines for restock
xc2xb7 Restock merchandise and ensure that all merchandise displays are organized and presentable for service.
xc2xb7 Track inventory daily and inform management when stock is low
xc2xb7 Create par levels for merchandise and place orders for restocks
xc2xb7 Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
xc2xb7 Adhere to the Ralph Coffee and Ralph Lauren uniform and brand image
xc2xb7 Ability to work as part of the team in a fast-paced work environment
xc2xb7 Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
xc2xb7 Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
xc2xb7 Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

xc2xb7 Must have 1+years Previous experience in a related position.
xc2xb7 Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
xc2xb7 Available to work flexible hours including: Early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays.
xc2xb7 Basic Math skills.
xc2xb7 Must be able to stand for long periods of time and requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
xc2xb7 A passion for hospitality and guest service
xc2xb7 An outgoing and energetic disposition
xc2xb7 A polished and stylish presence
xc2xb7 Strong verbal and written communication skills
